The way it works is that we will send you a questionnaire about how you would like your cilture to be - we have defined 19 different facets to help you define the want you want your organisation. We then send a questionnaire either to a selection of your employess (quasi-random based on a good cross section of the organisation) or all of your employees.
We analyse and score the results and we can compare and constrast the results.
Where the results show a significant difference to the profile you are looking for we will reccommend how you may want to approach getting there.
