Benchmarking is one ot he most commonly used methods to answer this question. A comparison of the key ratios of companies that you compete against or who you hold as examples of how you want to manage your company, is often a revealing exercise.
We gather the financial for the top companies around the workl - about 15,000 of them - and calculate their ratios. We can help you understand where you can look to improve your company performance.
You can either let us know some key companies that you want to be benchmarked against or we will selct them for you based upon the activity you carry out. Where we don´t have the data for companies you select we will first try and get it and secondly after consulting with you we will suggest other companies you may want to benchmark against.
